Please note that our hair extensions available for pre-order are custom processed just for you. The estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 8-10 business days after placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, all sales are final. We can only do exchanges if we made a mistake—like if you got the wrong item.

If that happens, please shoot us an email at support@crowndthicchairco.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll get it sorted out.

Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition with packaging, and you have your proof of purchase handy.

Once we get the returned item, we’ll let you know by email and send out your replacement with tracking info.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds since all sales are final, but if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!

Shipping Policy

At Crownd Thicc Hair Co, we’re all about getting your order to you quickly and in perfect shape. Here’s what you need to know:

• Processing Time: We usually get orders ready to ship within 5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that timing can vary depending on your location and factors like weather or carrier delays.

• Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.

• Shipping Costs & Free Shipping: Shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Oh, and orders over $250 get free standard shipping—just our way of saying thanks!

• Double-Check Your Address: Before you hit that final “order” button, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If there’s a problem due to incorrect info, unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages.

• Where We Ship: Right now, we ship only within the U.S., but we’re hoping to offer international shipping soon.

• Unexpected Delays: We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes things (like weather or carrier issues) happen beyond our control. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.
