Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, all sales are final. We can only do exchanges if we made a mistake—like if you got the wrong item.

If that happens, please shoot us an email at crowndthicchairco@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery, and we’ll get it sorted out.

Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition with packaging, and you have your proof of purchase handy.

Once we get the returned item, we’ll let you know by email and send out your replacement with tracking info.
